1: How do you use the Print Screen Key?

Screen capture is the term for taking a picture of your computer screen. Once the screenshot is captured, it automatically copies to your computer’s clipboard.
The screenshot can be pasted into an email message, document, file, or image editor (Paint), or saved as a file and used as a picture in a document or email message.
