How can I get service for my Mac computer?
You can book service at an Apple Authorized Service Provider to get your Mac running again. Before you make an appointment, be sure to have your Apple ID and password ready. Depending on where you get service, you might be able to check the status of your repair online.
Hardware service may no longer be available for older Macs. Contact your local provider to inquire about available service options.

AppleCare+ covers your Mac?
AppleCare+ provides expert technical support, hardware coverage, and AppleCare+ accidental damage protection. There is a fee for each incident of accidental damage.
AppleCare+ is not available to you. You will be charged an out-of-warranty charge for this type of repair.

These fees are applicable in India. All prices include GST and are expressed in rupees. AppleCare+ doesn’t cover excess physical damage. This includes damage that is caused by liquid contact or submersion. AppleCare+ accidental coverage does not apply to devices that have been modified by unauthorized service providers unless all original parts have been returned to Apple.

The Apple Limited Warranty covers your Mac and the accessories that come with it against manufacturing defects for one year from the date you bought your product. In addition to consumer rights, the Apple Limited Warranty covers your Mac and accessories against manufacturing defects for one year.
The warranty does not cover any damage that may be caused by accident or unauthorized modifications. For more information, please refer to the warranty. You can check your coverage status online and update your proof-of-purchase information if there’s an error in our records. You’ll be responsible for any out-of-warranty fees if your warranty, AppleCare, or consumer law doesn’t cover the repair.

Our guarantee after service
Our service, including replacement parts, is guaranteed for 90 days or the remainder of your AppleCare or warranty coverage. This guarantee is available whenever you receive service from us, or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. This is in addition to the rights that consumers have under consumer law.
